Influence of Septoria glycines Hemmi on the enzymes’ activity of hydrolytic Glycines max (L.) Merr seed complex

چکیده
The Septoria leaf spot ( glycines Hemmi), is a harmful pathogen of soybean. To create resistant variety to this pathogen, detailed study physiological processes at the biochemical level necessary. Enzymes play leading role in adapting stressors. It was shown that specific activity esterases and RNases soybean seeds infected with septoria decreased, relative control. Multiple forms enzymes different electrophoretic mobility were identified, which indicates decrease metabolism under influence fungal disease. At same time, amylases acid phosphatases not strongly affected by S. glycine, as evidenced relatively stable multiple enzymes.

Metyrapone, an inhibitor of steroid synthesis, affected the survival and rate of development of Heterodera glycines. Metyrapone in aqueous tartaric acid solvent influenced sex ratios. The effect on sex ratios was mediated through the host, whereas the effect on survival was apparently effected directly. Tartaric acid increased larval penetration of soybean roots.
